Successfully registered participants will receive confirmation and payment instructions.

The registration fee includes admission to all scientific sessions, poster sessions, coffee breaks, lunches and dinners.

Cancelation policy :CNRS is responsible for charge of the management of registration fees and will only refund registration fees in the two following cases:

1. you need a visa to enter France and your visa request was refused by France
2. if you are sick (a medical certificate issued by a registered health care practitioner will be required as evidence).
   

(1) The young researchers registration rate (150 €) only applies for post-docs and students born in 1990 or later.

(2) Registration deadline The organizing committee reserves the right to close registration without notice when the conference maximum capacity is reached (120 participants).

(3) Registered AILM2024 attendees can also apply to participate in the AILM Practical School, which will run in grenoble  from 21st to 27th may 2024. The number of available places is limited and a specific application is required. Please visit the Practical School pages for more information.
